By downloading, installing, or using the Car Penguin mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Car Penguin is a mobile application designed to enhance the Android head unit experience with:

3. User Responsibilities

When using Car Penguin, you agree to:

• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

• Set up the application before driving

• Pull over safely if manual interaction is required

Aristway is not responsible for any accidents, violations, or damages resulting from improper use of the Service while driving.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aristway and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aristway operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
